VIsit this site and go to "Download Modpacks" in top right the page

Click on the download button

Click "Create Custom Profile" and import the zip file you downloaded previously

Download the Zip archive on our site

Extract the archive and copy into your mods folder into Minecraft (patch: %APPDATA%/.minecraft/mods)
